Warranty and repair support

Understand your warranty.
Know how to request help.

The manufacturer’s service terms include a one-year warranty, free product training and lifetime paid repair support after the warranty period. Review the terms for your supplied machine and keep your purchase details.

What the manufacturer’s service terms cover

Service What it means for your machine
One-year warranty Applies to faults caused by the machine’s own quality issues during the warranty period. Confirm the warranty start date and the terms for your order.
Eligible repair support For qualifying warranty faults, the manufacturer provides replacement parts free of charge and video guidance for replacement. Confirm the assessed fault and repair arrangement first.
Wearing parts Blades and other wearing parts are excluded from the stated warranty coverage. Ask for compatibility, pricing and supply arrangements when replacements are needed.
Product training Free product training is included in the manufacturer’s service terms. Confirm how training will be delivered for your order.
After warranty The manufacturer offers lifetime paid repair support. Ask for the applicable parts, labour and delivery charges before authorising work.

Confirm costs before arranging a repair. Do not assume that freight, travel, local labour or return shipping are included. Clarify responsibility for these costs with the proposed repair arrangement.

Request support in four steps

  1. Send the machine and purchase details

Include your model, machine identification, order reference, purchase date and location. Describe the fault and when it started.

  2. Help identify the issue

Prepare photos of the identification plate and affected area. Provide any relevant messages or service history. Follow the operating instructions and avoid unsafe testing.

  3. Confirm coverage and the proposed remedy

Establish whether the issue qualifies for warranty support or requires a paid repair. Agree on the parts, guidance, work and charges involved.

  4. Agree on delivery or repair arrangements

Confirm where parts or equipment should go and which costs apply. Keep the written arrangement and relevant order details for follow-up.

Before you send equipment or buy parts

Contact support with the machine details first. A part’s appearance alone is not enough to establish compatibility, and shipping a machine before agreeing on a destination can create avoidable costs.

Does the warranty cover every replacement part?

No. The stated cover concerns qualifying product-quality faults. Blades and other wearing parts are excluded. Confirm how the terms apply to your specific issue.

Can I get help after the first year?

The manufacturer’s terms provide for paid repair support after warranty. Confirm the scope, availability and charges for your machine before proceeding.

Is a local technician or on-site visit included?

Do not assume a local service visit is included. Discuss the available service method and any local labour or travel arrangements for your location.
